GEN: Need Library Bureau of Investigation

Years back, I bought 3 computer programs from a company called
Library Bureau of Investigation.  The two programs I am interested in
are Question Factory-Literature and Question Factory-History.  When I
bought them, they were on Apple IIe disks.  I would like to know if
these programs are still available, hopefully on MAC or IBM.  Does any
one know of the company or of Bob Skapura, the author?
