REF: Boston's Evacuation Day/Revolutionary War battle

Where on the WWW can I find the name of the battle and a whole paragraph
describing the battle of the Revolutionary War for which Evacuation Day
in Boston, MA is named? It is the day when George Washington expelled
the British from South Boston in 1776. It is on March 17, also St.
Patrick's Day.
