TEXAS LIBRARIANS ONLY--TLA

I live in San Antonio.  I was quite dismayed this past weekend to see
the conferences listed for April in the San Antonio Express News
(Business section) and one of the largest--Texas Library
Association--was not on the list.  Was this an oversight or was it
another way of saying something about our profession?
