MIDDLE: info on Grace Murray Hopper

Does anyone have any information or suggestions on where to get information
on Grace Murray Hopper (1906-1922), who was an American computer scientist
and Navy officer?  I seem to remember some fanfare when she retired from
the Navy in 1986.

One of my students, who is totally blind, is doing a paper on her for his
7th grade mainstream class.  The paper is due April 6.

The only thing I have in my library is a World Book Encyclopedia article.
I do not have an internet connection, but there is one in the computer lab,
so any suggestions for internet sites would be welcome.  I also do not have
any magazine indexes (or magazines, really), so I would welcome any
magazine articles as well.  The public library closest to the school does
have a Reading Edge machine, but it's very difficult for the student to get
to that public library, and I don't think his local library has anything in
the way of assistive technology .

Please keep in mind that anything I find in print will have to be scanned
and transcribed into braille.
