Need author info: Mark Berent

A class is doing bios on authors.  One student wants info on Mark Berent.
I haven't heard of this author.  The student says he has written Rolling
Thunder and Phantom.  We have looked in our library, on SIRS Researcher and
on author databases and misc. searches on the web.  The student has gotten
what he can from blurbs on the books.

Anyone have info or a source?  Thanks
