GEN: Echo messages

Could anyone give me a clue as to why several times in the past few
weeks, when I get in to retrieve my mail through Netscape I could two of
most messages, and when I delete them, I might get another of the same
one?  It's a mystery to me!!  This never happened before Windows 95 but
I can't imagine what that has to do with the echoes.

If anyone has an explanation and how I can avoid these, please let me
