Grande Island, Philippines

Hi there!

My father was stationed in the Philippines during his stint in the Marine
Corps.  While he was there he spent some time at a place called Fort Wint
on Grande Island.  He has recently been trying to find some information on
the location but has come up empty.

Do we have any listserv members from the Philippines who can tell me if the
fort is still there or can tell me where I can find further information
(history of the area, current status, etc.).
