GEN: Literature Connections to World History

I was just going through some old postings and came across one where the
book Literature Connections to World History by Lynda Adamson was
mentioned. The person said " It is a winner."
Does this book discuss middle/high school books or just books on the
elementary school level?
Also, does anyone have the publication info?
