  I asked about security systems a couple of weeks ago, and received at
least a dozen requests for a HIT.  I've also seen two or three new requests
for the same info. on the list since I posted mine, so I *know* that this is
something many of us need to know about.   Unfortunately, Dave Thomas is the
only one who posted any information!  (Thanks, Dave!)

We've been using a Checkpoint electromagnetic system (EM5000) for 2 years.

 I would be very willing to post a HIT if a few more people who have
security systems would let me know:  What kind of system it is and  any
problems or drawbacks you have encountered.  Also, have the students figured
out ways to beat it, and how? And if anyone has worked with more than one
system, do you have any preferences?
