Hello Group,

I have received quite a few requests for this form, so I'm posting it to
the group. If you need more information, let me know. We use students'
keywords as an opportunity to correct misspellings and to give more
suggestions on what to search for and how to key in order to get good
results (using quotation marks or parentheses, Boolean strategies,
etc.).

We want to know that students have actually *thought* about their topics
BEFORE they log onto the internet. We ask that they search in at least 3
other sources before they go to the internet for information. This may
also give them other ideas for keywords to use.

(This form must be filled out completely and presented to BHS library
staff each time the student requests to use the internet.)

Yes, I have read and signed the official Brownfield High School
Acceptable Use Policy. I have agreed to follow the rules, and I will
use school electronic resources in a responsible and ethical manner.
