I sympathize with you folks who are having problems with Follett. Lest anyone get the impression that Follett is not a good product, however, let me say that we've been using Follett's Circulation Plus & Catalog Plus since 1993, and we've had excellent performance and technical support. I hope LM_NETters will understand that the librarians who are having problems with Follett are a small proportion of a large user base. Our experience has shown us that Follett has a reliable, stable product that is easy to use and maintain. I recommend it highly. My advice for people who feel letdown by Follett's technical support: talk to your Follett sales rep. Those folks are highly motivated to keep their customers happy, and can often expedite a solution to your problem.
