We didn't unti the upgrade. And, in all truth, their latest suggestion, that we change computers where we had been doing our cataloging, circulation etc., seems to be working. At least, the program has not corrupted for about three weeks -- an almost all time record this year! The seven corruptions we've had and their consequent rebuilds, however, have been a constant aggravation along with a different reason for the corruption each time from their technical support. Unfortunately, their salesperson for this area is not responsive, despite several suggestions to Follett's and so, yes, I am disgruntled. Until now though, I really didn't have complaints; I, too, came from a hand-done circulation library, and this was wonderful! We are also in the position in our library system where the standard automation program used by almost 90 of the libraries in the system is not compatible with Folletts, and so we are really looking at our options, wondering what the best move is next year when the Windows upgrade is introduced.
