software for observing workstations?

    Does anyone know the name(s) of software products used to observe
    workstations in a lab or group setting? Apparently, you can zoom in and
    see what individuals are doing, and can even communicate with them via network.
    I'm interested in products compatible with PCs. Thanks, Linda
