Magazine Jobber

I have asked for and received a bid for my magazine subscriptions
from a group called Cox Subscriptions, Inc. out of Goldsboro, NC.  I
have been impressed by the fact that they are around $100 less in
cost than Ebsco, my current jobber.  I have always been very
satisified with Ebsco, however, budget considerations have to be a
priority in my small school district.

Does anyone have any experience with Cox Subscriptions?  Please share
and advise...I don't want to rush into anything.
