For whatever it is worth, everyone in the known universe has my permission to link to my home page, to any sub-page, or to any document of mine that I have posted at my site. No need to ask. From time to time I check at Altavista to see who has linked to my stuff. It always makes my day to find something new. Most recent was a link to my "Low-Tech Research in a High-Tech World" paper, suggesting it as a plagiarism preventive. When I see more links, it tells me that I am doing useful work.
