Oh great wise ones, The library clerk I work with went to a Follet presentation last week and returned with a warning about the millennium virus. The suggestion was that Unison would experience problems come 2000. She suggested that we upgrade to the Windows version (we currently use Dos version 1.5 something according to the other media specialist.). This will cost $$$$ of course. So I am researching what the millennium will mean to automated library systems - particulary Follett Unison, Dos version. I've checked the archives, unsuccessfully. If anyone has any information or further knowledge I would greatly appreciate the input. Obviously we will be calling Follett as well. TIA.
