Icelandic recipes, thanks

Many thanks all of you who sent Icelandic recipes and/or forwarded my request to 
your friends. Also many thanks to those who sent information about Iceland, it is 
in short supply in Southern Oregon.  One of the replies was from Denmark! Of course 
she said she is really from Iceland and was only visiting in Denmark, however we 
are so thrilled that so many busy people paused long enough to help this student 
complete his report.  He hasn't told me what he is going to serve with his oral 
report, he went from no food to several choices. I will send recipes to those who 
requested them as soon as I can get them together in one place.
