SEC: Request for French book

Hi Group - I need your help asap.  Our high school is offering French
next year, and we need the name of a good text.  As of this time, we do
not have a teacher hired, and the job of selecting the book has been
handed to the English teacher.  Let me know the title of your text and
your opinion as to its effectiveness, etc.  TIA  Oh, by the way my
faculty thinks this group can perform miracles.
