binder repair

Dear LM_netters;

I have a document binder tool that uses plastic comb-like strips to bind =
books and other student created materials.  It is dull and will only cut 2 =
or 3 pages at a time.  Does anyone know where I can have the cutting =
blades sharpened?=20
