Re: tripods

Speaking of tripods, does anyone know of a tripod that doesn't
have a separate plate that screws into the camera and attaches
to the tripod?  I have 4 useless tripods at our school because
teachers lose them.  Occasionally I have found the plate
attached to the camera in the case, but, eventually, they get
lost.  I want tripods that are all in one piece!  Please, if
you know of one, tell me what brand it is and where I can buy
it.  Otherwise, I'll just tell the teachers to practice holding
the camera squarely and steadily on their shoulders!

(Is it June yet?)
