TARGET:CD-ROM LOCKS

Dear LM_Netters,
     I am in the market for several CD-ROM locks for individual drives.  We
had an Encarta disappear last week and I want to purchase and keep several new
ones.  It seems to me I saw some advertise several years ago.  Now I can't
locate any.
     Any ideas?   Thank you.
