C.O.I.N.

I am interested in a CD called "C.O.I.N." It is a vocational guidance
program with information on different careers. I don't know what the
initials stand for or who the publisher is.

Can someone who is using it give me a contact, and, perhaps also you
"review" or opinion on it.
