Books about surfing and oceans

The theme for the summer reading program for our area public libraries this
summer is "Surf's Up, Read."  I will be conducting a program for one of
these libraries and would like any ideas of appropriate books to read to
children ages 4-9.  During the program, I will also demonstrate the web, so
I can use advice on good web sites that fit the theme.

I will post a HIT on any answers that I receive.
