Hi everyone, I have just been told I will be allowed to try flexible scheduling next year (except for 2 classes a week). This is a big step since I spent this year as part of the teacher relief time and last year my library was closed due to overcrowding. My principal seems to be for the idea of flexible scheduling but one assistant principal is hesitant. My principal has asked me to write a plan of action for the library for the next school year. I am looking for some programing ideas -- I work in a K-4 school. I want flexible scheduling to be successful and feel I need some new ideas to grab everyones attention. I will be willing to share by posting a hit of the ideas I get.
