Hello readers! Our library is currently perceived as an addition to the curriculum rather than as being integrated into the curriculum. Basically, it is not used for research and I am trying to change this! We have some CD's in the library but they are not used often because the teachers have more technology in the classroom than I do in the library. I have an opportunity to purchase some CD's for the library. I want them to be excellent research tools. I would like to purchase an index such as SIRS, but this is too costly. I currently have a couple of encyclopedias, an atlas, and a couple of other CD's. I would like to get Encarta. Do you have any other suggestions that could possibly draw the teachers into the library for research? Do you know of any good biography CD ROM products? What CD ROM products have been a great success in your library? Thanks for your help!
