Re: Cable in the Classroom vs. Fair Use

There are only certain broadcasts designated as Cable in the Classroom.
Those are the only ones that have extended licenses. The guide is very
specific about which broadcasts can be kept and for how long.

Even the same show broadcast at a different time may not qualify as
Cable in the Classroom. For one thing, designated Cable in the Classroom
broadcasts are free of commercials and also have info about when the
rights expire (if at all).
