ELEM: MEDIA COLLABORATION

I'm interested in anyone's efforts to get more involved in the
classroom.  Collaboration with classroom teachers is one of my goals for

the next school year.  Some teachers share their theme titles and that's

about all.  I have 6 to 8 classes each day.  How  does a media
specialist begin to get teachers to collaborate efforts?

I would also like to do some research on this topic.  I'm looking for
articles or web sites that I can use for documentation.  All help and
information will be greatly appreaciated.
