GEN: Apple Butter Recipe

LM_NETter's!

I have a teacher looking for a recipe for making apple butter with children in
the classroom for a social studies unit.  We could not find any simple recipes
using available resources at our libraries.  I'm thinking of a recipe along
the lines of the ice cream in a coffee can recipes that were posted this
summer on LM_NET.  I've checked archives, local library, etc.  Hope there is
someone out there that can help.
