Ref: Behavior Policies

Dear Colleagues:
My husband is working with students, parents and teachers to develop a
new behavior policy for his school.  They are looking for examples of
existing policies which stress positive behavior and the rewarding of
same rather than the don't do this or that with negative consequences.
Any examples would be appreciated.  We will pay postage for any hard
