TECH: NetClass

I have a PC Network using Novell 3.11 and a CBIS Tower.  I have ICLASS as
the management system.    There is no update of ICLASS and the tech person
who is working with me ran across NetClass at a CUE conference.  Is anyone
using this product?  Every tech support person I have had service my
network complains about ICLASS.  Thanks.
