HS: Helping both ends of the spectrum

I'm looking for other high schools where there is a full-time coaching
center staffed by certified teachers (English, Science, History, Math),
designed to give individual help both to students who need the extra help
in order to pass and to gifted students who wish to pursue independent
study.  In my building, this is called the Advancement Lab, and it is
housed in the Library (as many college coaching centers are).
