TARGET: "BOOK SWAPS"

Hello, everyone!
I remember some terrific ideas for "book swaps" held around Children's Book
Week or National Library Week last year.  I tried searching the archives, but
was unable to find what I was looking for.
If you have held a successful book swap in your library, could you please
contact
me directly with the procedures you recommend?  I will post a HIT if there is
interest!
