TARGET:SEC:Interview questions

Hello,

I will be involved in the interview process for hiring either a
paraprofessional or media specialist for our media center.  The high
school has approx. 1300 students.  I have a student aid for one
hour/day. I currently have one full-time parapro. There are no parent
volunteers.  There are only a few applications on file for media
specialists at the central office.  I am interested in your thoughts on
the pros and cons of having one media specialist and 2 parapros in a
school of this size.  I have composed a list of interview questions.  I
would like your input on questions you would ask potential parapros or
media specialists.
