TECH: ELEM: Teaching Internet Skills to Primary Students

I would like to teach my primary students (2 & 3rd graders) to use the
Internet.  Any suggestions on how to begin?  How "in depth" do you get?
How do you define the Internet to the little ones?  What grade levels do
most of you begin discussing and using the Internet?  I'm sure there is
a way to do this & make it fun for the students without going over their
heads, but I am having a hard time coming up  with one.

  I would appreciate any suggestions at all.
