Re: favorite books nostalgia

I have really enjoyed this discussion of so many "good old books" that I
read during both my childhood and my career as a librarian.  A teacher
friend of mine is looking for a favorite book of hers called "The Pink
Maple House" but does not remember the author.  Does this ring a bell
with anyone?
