Target: MASTER LIBRARY SYSTEM users

Netters:

If you are currently (or have recent experience) using an automation
program called "Master Library System" by Concourse, could you please give
me your opinion on:

1. ease of use? - circulation and OPAC - staff and students
2. quality of technical assistance
3. is the company responsive to its customers' needs/wants, and moving
forward with new or upgraded services/technologies?

Our large district is just beginning to automate and evaluating a variety
of choices. I have been asked to advise several other schools and am not
familiar with this product. Thank you!
