GEN: Greetings suggestion

Dear All,

We are at that time of the year when members start sending in requests
for greetings. This is a fun activity for students. They get to see how
connected they are to the world. It also impresses parents and faculty.
However it can be tedious composing greetings from scratch. A solution:
make document with a general greetings message. Save it on your
computer. When a request is placed just retrieve the document, cut and
paste it onto the new greetings message and send it. It'll help out a
member and simplify our hectic lives as schools start again here in the
Northern Hemisphere.

To those of us still on vacation, enjoy it while it lasts. I will be
signing off for a few weeks as I finally get to go on vacation.
