Hi Deborah:

I've got some of this for you, as part of Turn-of-the-Century Child which
was a primary source project through the American Memory Fellows program.
The specific URL for books children read which were written around 1900
is:
http://www.nueva.pvt.k12.ca.us/~debbie/library/cur/20c/turn/sup/bks.html

The URL for the whole project (which has just gotten a "hot site of the
week" award from Blue Webn' is:
http://www.nueva.pvt.k12.ca.us/~debbie/library/cur/20c/turn.html

There are lesson plans, resources, and ideas for using primary sources to
create a scrapbook for a child who was born at the turn of the century
(1900).
