REF: Art Programs in School Libraries?

Can anyone tell me what kinds of art programs school libraries offer.
Local
libraries offer afterschool library programs to enhance their reading
programs.  Are there special art related programs that school libraries
offer to supplement classroom learning or are art projects used as a
part of
media learning programs?
