Weather Site for Extremes

I hve a student who needs the highest and lowest temperatures ever
recorded in Moscow, Russia. ...I can find MANY sites for average
temperatures, current temperatures, but none for record temperatures in
MOSCOW! ..One site gives records for US, but not Russia.  Any ideas?
