I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but I recently
acquired GRANTSEEKER'S TOOLKIT; A COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO FINDING FUNDING

which has templates on a disk that give you a format for researching a
project, identifying funders, and packaging proposals. The
Grantsmanship Center has lots of low cost brochures to help
http://www.tgci.com/publications/puborder.htm
and the Foundation Center http://fdncenter.org/onlib/index.html has a
ton of online information and hard copy recommendations. If you have a
Foundation Center library or affiliate near you (the site can help you
find one), they have a ton of free material you can look at (and a
librarian who can help you locate the kind of information you want), or
go to your nearest public or university library. Just a suggestion.

Libraries Unlimited, 1-800-237-6124 - has a new book out (1999) -
Grantsmanship for
Small Libraries and School Library Media Centers.
