The University of Arizona in Tucson does have an excellent program
which is virtual except for a required 12 hours which you must complete
on campus (they have summer classes which only charge in-state tuition)

I graduated from the program and am very proud of the teachers and
what I learned there--but one caveat--if you are looking for an ALA
approved program be aware that their accredidation was pulled and
although it is under appeal it is possible that the appeal may be
denied. If you would like more information you may want to contact
