As part of a professional growth plan, I need to do an Internet project with each grade from 2-5 in our elementary school. Most of my teachers are novices in using the Internet so I would like to involve them, but to start with something simple and both curriculum & "real world" based. --We are definitely not at the Web Quest level! (My simplest thought at the moment has been trying to hook up a class with several others across the country and just do a simple weather comparison via e-mail, digital photos, etc. I know--this isn't exactly Internet, but it would help our folks see that e-mail goes out of the district :) and has more uses than sending jokes/cards, etc.) Anyway, if you have any ideas for projects that you'd be willing to share before you get too buried in holiday shopping and activities, I'd really appreciate it. I'd be glad to share a "hit". TIA and ho, ho, ho! Sherry S. Paul, LMS Charles H.
