MIDDLE: Chocolate War by Cormier challenge

Hello,

A colleague from a middle school nearby asked me to post a query about
reviews and challenges to Chocolate War by Cormier.

We have the reviews posted on amazon.com. I have emailed a person who posted
a similiar request in February 98 regarding this book that I found in the
archives, but have no response as of right now.

We figure there is plenty of information on both sides for  this title. Any
and all leads will be appreciated!
