Re: Dewey cataloguing site availability

Yes, the EZWeb is still available (http://lcweb.loc.gov) and is wonderful,
though a there is a schedule of availability.

A second excellent place is the Los Angeles Public Library site
(http://catalog.lapl.org)

If some of you recall, I posted a query on a British site using Dewey/Sears
or LC Headings, but all I tried, including the British National Library,
failed to provide the information, though I did discover the cataloguing if
very different from what I'm used to as a North American-trained librarian.
