GEN: Facts on File

     Superintendent has asked is "Issues and Controversies on File"
news backgrounder pamphlets from FACTS ON FILE is considered non-
biased.  I've never heard that it's slanted one way or another,
but thought I'd ask.  Anyone ever have any complaints about their
coverage?  Please and Thanks,
