Update on request for school year information

    I am sorry that I must reply via the listserv.  The individual messages
that I received are on the computer at school and I have no access to them:

        Update on request for information:
    Almost 2 weeks ago (just before Christmas vacation) I requested
information about the length of the school year and the school day from
schools outside of the United States.
    Before I left school, I noticed that we did receive several messages,
and I wish to let you know that you will still hear from us.
Unfortunately, after an extremely "mild" winter, we have been literally
"snowed under" with 12 inches of snow and school has been cancelled these
last 2 days.  I will contact you immediately when school resumes.
   Thanks for your assistance in answering the student's questions
comparing our educational systems.
