GEN: Reading Program

Hello!  Awhile back, someone posted details about an amazing project- a
middle school set a reading goal of 1,000,000 pages, read 3,000,000 and
their reading scores increased by 200% the next year.  Needless to say,
this got me, and the English staff at my school, REALLY excited.  We
want to do something like this, however, whoever posted the message
didn't post anymore information.  If you know anything about this
project, PLEAE send it out.  I am sure many folks would like to do
something like this with their students.  thanks!
