Tech-> help with windows 95 error message

Hi folks - If anyone can help me out here, please do.  After installing
Encarta 99, you are told to restart the computer, which I did successfully
on 4 computers.  Then after restarting the next one and doing nothing
differently, I get an error message that says "Window protection error.
You need to restart computer."  It restarts but only in the safe mode and
I can't get out of that.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
