One of our staff came into the library for information on home equity loans
sponsored (if that's the right word) by the Federal Government.  He thought
there would be a web site with information. I didn't think his "surfing"
the net blindly would help much, but, having been an apartment dweller all
my adult life, I know nothing about this topic!


Which fed. agency/dept. would do this?
Where should he begin to look for info (off the net or on)?
